Window Film Technician

AP Corp is currently seeking an energetic window film and graphics installer to help us expand our footprint and job fulfillment efforts. You would be an integral part of our technician team completing many different and exciting projects. The ideal hire would be a competent and passionate team player, able to take feedback and work towards a teams common goal.

Successful candidates will perform various types of graphics-related and architectural signage installs throughout the MD/DC/VA area.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities:

  • Installing architectural and way-finding signage.
  • Installing cut vinyl and etched vinyl on various surfaces.
  • Hanging framed and/or mounted prints and banners.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently with multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (primarily day shifts but will occasionally need to perform installations after-hours and on weekends).
  • Mechanically inclined.
  • Light carpentry skills and knowledge of power and hand tools.
  • Able to lift/carry heavy objects.
  • Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding.
  • A valid drivers license and clean driving record.
  • Attention to detail, and an eye for consistency.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients when necessary.
  • Dependable, professional, and solution oriented.
  • A positive, can-do attitude.
  • Experience in the film industry – minimum one year.

Compensation:

  • $15 – $20 per hour
